Cynthia Francis' career began in English education. She took her knowledge of adult learning to business and joined Xerox as a marketing representative, creating and directing innovative sales and marketing initiatives.

She joined U.S. Leasing as Mid-Atlantic District Manager, directing sales and designing custom financial selling skills programs for partners.

In 1985 she combined her knowledge of the learning process with her business skills and formed Francis Group LLC to provide clients with custom-designed improvements in technology, organizational development and progressive process programs that add bottom-line results.

She teaches management communication courses in the MBA programs at University of Phoenix, Pennsylvania. She has taught in MBA programs at Philadelphia University and has lectured at Villanova University, Eastern University and Ursinus.
Gerald Francis joined Francis Group LLC in 2005, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, after a successful career with IBM. Jerry brings his corporate expertise to Francis Group to help its clients improve their marketing, sales and technology processes with advanced methods and progressive systems.

As an IBM executive Jerry was instrumental in designing and restructuring the IBM business model from direct sales to Alternate Channels in several divisions.

During his IBM career he achieved and exceeded goals, attended the prestigious 100% Clubs and Golden Circles, including being president.

Jerry has been instrumental in qualifying Francis Group LLC as an IBM Authorized Remarketer of Print Solutions. He is an active member of SCORE and volunteers for several local community organizations.
